Angle Linear produces passive receive only: 2-way, 3-way, 4-way, 5-way, and 6-way splitters. These Wilkinson type splitters are used in receiver distribution systems for virtually any application in the communications industry.
We use these splitters in our multicouplers. The 2 to 6 splits allow virtually any number of receivers to be driven from a single antenna when used in conjunction with our PHEMT or bipolar preamplifiers.
Angle Linear produces these splitters on any frequency up to 1300 MHz. The center connector is the input. The radial symmetry of their outputs assures uniform port to port isolation and insertion loss. Isolation below 500 Mhz is typically >25 dB and >20 dB to 960 MHz. The Useable bandwidth of these splitters; isolation and insertion loss, is approximately10 percent.
Layout is "top" mount for higher density rack panel mounting and this configuration is used in our multicouplers with the "T" top suffix preamplifiers.
TriMetal plated connectors available are N, SMA and TNC and have ptfe (Teflon) dielectric and gold center pins. Dimensions: 3" x 3" x 0.8".
To order: Please specify the number of outputs, center frequency and type of connectors.
Example: 6S813N ; 6 outputs at 813 MHZ with type N connectors. Connector types can be mixed.
